Interview
Three rounds. one technical recruiter (45min), one with the two members of Microsoft research group (30 min), and a whole day interview with the team that I will be joining. The third round consist of three 45 min interviews including a coding, a statistics, and questions related to my research.

1. Describe deep learning to 5 year old kid.

5. Statistics such as mean and variance and how to compute it when you get the data sequentially without saving the whole data.

Interview
Three rounds back to back of behavioral questions and an in depth dive of my projects where they pressed me on the logic of every decision I made. Very minimal coding.
3 Rounds of interviews, Technical and HR combined, mostly ask about ML Fundamentals, SQL queries, and Project details. Shortlisting criteria not defined. They ask about what you've done and what problems you faced etc.

Tell me about how you implemented the LSTM model for time series data
Had 3 rounds of interviews, all on the same day. Two rounds consisted of behavioral questions. One round was technical. Heard back from them within a week. The organiser also scheduled a call to give feedback after the interview.
