Interview
After one phone interview with a recruiter, I had two more phone interviews with prospective team members in two languages, each with a week in between, then half a day of interviews at the Facebook APAC office. There I had three more bilingual interviews and a presentation.
Although I did not get an offer, overall it was a short and pleasant experience.

Interview
Phone screening (15mins) --> Phone interview (45mins) --> 3 In-person interviews (45mins each)+presentation at the Singapore office
I didn't get any contact for about 2 months after I submitted my resume, but once I did, the whole process was pretty quick. After I passed the 45mins phone interview, I was asked to fly over to Singapore (as this is a position based in Singapore). They covered all the expenses required for the visit including flight, hotel, transportation and meals, so it was a very comfortable travel. At Singapore, I interviewed with three interviewers back to back. They were all very friendly and I had lots of time of ask them questions as well. You get asked specific questions about Facebook adverts, so must know the tool well.
