Interview
Applied online, got an email for a phone interview. I asked the recruiter for some clarification about the interview, but she didn't respond. After two reminders, she answered me in a vague and cold way.
After a week, I got an email to do another similar phone interview.
After around two weeks I got invited for 4 onsite interviews. I asked the recruiter for some clarification about the time it would take to process a visa, and she said it might take a while so they will do it over video conference.
She also seemed to be very confused about what role I was interviewing for. At the beginning she though that I was interviewing for users operations, and at another point she thought I was applying for the french market. I also asked the recruiter if there was a certain dress code that was expected, she also did not respond
The recruiting coordinator gave me a wrong link for the video conference, which resulted in a delay in my first interview, which in turn, shortened the time of the interview. The interviewer did not introduce himself, and quickly went to the questions. We had other technical difficulties from their side during that first interview which made me very uncomfortable. All three other interviews were enjoyable and interesting. When I received an email that I was unsuccessful, I asked the recruiter for some feedback and explained to her that my performance in that first interview was affected by the technical difficulties. She has not responded.
All in all, the interview questions were interesting, and gave me a feel of what is Facebook like.
However, I was super disappointed by the performance of the recruiter and her confusion, as well as the technical difficulties that I faced which affected my performance.

Interview
I applied for the position on November. At the begging of December I got the first email from the recruiter, with whom I planned the first phone call. They also provided me a file with some questions that could have asked at the interview and also to prepare a phone call with a client trough a case also provided by them.
The first interview has been nice, the account manager made me feel calm and comfortable - the questions were mainly on the curriculum and experiences.
The day after I got an email in which it was written that I had passed the interview and that in a week I would have had the second and last phone call.
The second interview was more specific to the role I was supposed to play, other questions focused on my knowledge of the facebook business world. Overall, the interviews are not difficult.
The only thing that I did not like was that after the second interview I did not know anything from facebook and recruiters, so after two/three weeks I decided to send an email to the first recuiter who had contacted me, asking kindly to have information, but they never answered me. This was a bit disrespectful.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Austin, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
The process was pleasant as far as the people went. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. However, the process itself was incredibly vague and completely situational. I understand with the ambiguity involved in a sales role, situational questions are paramount. However, that seemed to be the only conversation during the interview. I was asked to complete 3 different surveys to tell them about my experience (how they could improve) and was told they "could not legally give me feedback" after telling me I would not be given an offer after my 4th interview.
Again they're all very nice, but don't seem to value anyone else's time or personal improvement outside of theirs in this process.
