Interview
HR phone interview, technical phone screen, full day of onsite interviews. Onsite interview focus on technical / quantitative skills. The process is very structured and standardized, you can expect people to be professional, and to follow the script.
The whole process went well from initial HR phone screening to phone technical interview. I was interviewed with a Data Scientist from the team. After a short self-introduction, I was asked to pair code using SQL or python to run some queries on a small dataset. The interviewer was patient and inspired you to solve the problem trying different ways. I wasn't well prepared at the time though. But overall it was a good interview experience.
