I applied online. I interviewed at Meta in Jan 2018
Interview
Not the interviewer's fault but bad phone quality, could hardly hear her. The interview seemed very limited to show her my ability. Not much to say. The interview wasn't that hard .

If you are SMB Account Manager, what will you do if the client complaint your products?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview consisted of a two stages:
First stage - 30 minute phone interview. I was sent a brief one week before the interview so i could prepare a client pitch. The interview was conducted by a person who already works as an account manager. It was a very relaxed interview, 15 min client pitch, 15 mins for general interview scenarios and questions. I found out 3 days later i had passed the first stage and Facebook arranged for my final stage interview in Dublin
Dublin - My interview was supposed to be 6 days after i heard the good news but it was pushed backwards by 6 weeks due to a over subscription on my interview date. All flights and hotel were arranged by Facebook's extremely well organised external booking team.
Final stage interview -
Final stage interview - i had 4x 30 minute, one on one interviews on the day with different hiring managers/head of teams. All interviews were themed around my experience, backgrounds, passions and achievements. I was given many different scenarios i could be faced with and was encouraged to answer as if i was an employee. Facebook focuses a lot on impact so a lot of the questions were based around my approach to making the biggest impact. One of the interviews consisted of a strategic presentation based on brief given to me on that day. I then had a tour of the HQ, followed by a team lunch with other SMB's. I found out i had got the job 3 days later via phone call. Overall a very straight forward and enjoyable experience.
