I applied online. I interviewed at McDonald's (Redbank, Queensland) in Mar 2026
Interview
Was a group interview. Didn't receive the job because they were looking for overnights. Overall extremely easy, they just asked who you were and what hobbies you engaged in. The interviews are mostly filled with teenagers who are either in high school or just graduated. Interview was 15 minutes long.
The interview process was very straightforward and casual. I applied online, and shortly after, I received an invitation for a brief in-person interview at the restaurant. The hiring manager was friendly and welcoming.
