Short form face to face - mostly focused on previous experience and what I had done in hospitality. They also gave scenario based questions and asked how I would deal with staff members in different situations to maintain team harmony and cohesion.

How would you deal with a staff member calling in sick with no notice given ahead of their shift.
Did not hear back from them even though they said they would respond with a decision after 2 weeks. Not sure when I will hear back but I expected the courtesy of telling me how I did and feedback
Met 1:1 with Manager. They asked me about my experience working with customers, supervising other employees, how I handle stress. Overall good experience. They also asked me about how I organize and if i had experience working with food and sanitation.
