Interview
Applied online on their web-site, 3 weeks later got an e-mail from their HR manager with a phone interview invitation. Talked to a hiring manager for abut 20 minutes (why Mars, which brands you like, why you left your previous employer, etc). Was invited later to in-house panel interview. Had to prepare the presentation at home (topic: "What challenges marketing industry will face in the next 5 years?", then do a business case there and had 2 one-to-one interviews. Business case is usually a file containing lots of information about a selected industry and the task is to make a competitive analysis and provide with a mid-term growth plan (strategies, and calculate P&L).
Behavioral with some case questions. Not a warm interview- felt like they were grilling me, especially the most senior people. Expect you to come prepared with examples of brands and marketing content and will push you with more questions
