It was a competency based Interview with the Regional Sales Manager, if you want to know what he looks like he is on Linked In. He was very nice and very good at making you feel calm and relaxed. He asked a number of competency based questions and was looking for specific examples. The questions were as follows: Why Mars & Why Now? What are you doing Currently? How do You Influence Your Stores/Decision maker? How Do You Drive For Sales? What is the Biggest Challenge that You Came Across In Your Current Role? How Did You Overcome It? What would You Do Differently? What would your colleagues say about you?
