I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lush in Sep 2017
Interview
Was asked to attend a 'group interview' which turned out to be with about 30 other people. Were split into groups of around 7 and went round each member of staff with a different task. Tasks did little to show the suitability of the applicants to the role, eg. 'which Harry Potter house are you?' and 'What's your favourite film?'. Interviewers favoured the loudest and pushiest people, product knowledge and friendliness etc weren't valued.
Horrific, only the loudest and over-confident get listened to, just don't bother unless you're a drama kid. Didnt even get a reply back, the staff were rude and hated it the whole time.

Customer- sales assistant role play, team building exercises, it was a group interview, it was very fun and comfortable, staff were very supportive. Every lush store is different but same idea
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Croydon, Angleterre) in Oct 2019
Interview
Lengthy but rewarding, many stages to the interview which can be intense and competitive but being confident helped me with this. Began with a group interview, next stage was a solo interview accompanied with a trial shift on the shop floor for 30 minutes.
