Got an interview offer at National Conference in 2019. The interview was the next day. It was too easy and didn't give me the opportunity to say too much. I got one question and then the rest of the time, the interviewer just let me ask him questions.

Situational based Intrrview. Needed the STAR response method. There was a phone screening to review your resume and see if you were a good fit . Also if you were able do you have a interview in the next 2 to 4 months or take the job in 2 to 4 months they didn’t feel you were a good fit

I went to an engineering conference and talked to them there. I got an interview which was behavior and got the offer at the end of the interview which shocked me.

"Tell me about a time you dealt with a troublesome team member?" Basically look up standard behavioral questions and the interviewer told me he wanted them answered using the STAR method.
