I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (New York, NY) in Sep 2022
Interview
There was only one interview where they asked me to describe my educational background. Then, I was asked to describe one of the projects from my resume and later talked about my future goal. Overall, the interview was straightforward and the recruiter was from the same university as mine, so we talked about some of the courses!

Interview
Applied online, met with recruiter at career fair, interviewed with Staff Engineer, received offer. Very straightforward process, they just want to gauge if you're a person. There are some basic trivia questions but none of it should be difficult for anyone who's taken an intro class.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
After applying online, I received a few emails indicating my application was "progressing". Then after two weeks, I received an email to schedule an interview. The interview was one 30-minute phone call with my future manager. There were no technical questions. I was only asked to describe some specific experiences I had listed on my resume. I received an offer a few days later.
