Interview
They bring you in for an on-site interview typically. You are interviewed by 3-5 people at once. Each asks you a situational question, and then you go over your resume briefly.
Star technique interview can be somewhat difficult so be sure to come prepared. Interviews can vary widely based on the interviewers. Worked here for many years and interviewed for at least 4 different roles.

The interview process was arranged through the company’s online scheduling website, and the interview itself was conducted virtually. Overall, the process was straightforward, convenient, and easy to manage from start to finish.
After applying for the position, a recruiter contacted me to answer some some initial HR questions. Afterwards I was selected for an interview with the Manager and Lead engineer. The interview was done virtually.
