I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Owego, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was a nice process, I spoke to three people. I thought it would be chaotic with 3 people during a phone interview but I was wrong. They each asked different questions so it was not repetitive. They went through my resume and asked about the clubs I was involved in. Unfortunately I was not offered the position.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA)
Interview
They provided transportation and lodging for me to come out and interview. Had 3 different interviewers that asked me all behavioral questions and also discussed the positions with me. Also provided information about the company, benefits, culture etc. Much easier than most software engineering interviews as there were no programming or technical questions. The process was well organized and went smoothly.

Interview
Interview was conducted at the Fort Worth Facility. Interview lasted around one hour, typical STAR format. Was expecting a few technical questions, however, it was all STAR. Just be prepared with prior situations and be confident in your responses.
