The initial phone screen with the recruiter was very informative, clear and concise. The interviewer answered all of my questions and was clear on next steps. She went over the responsibilities of the role and team expectations.
Overall, the session was okay, but I believe the roleplay process could be improved. I felt that the person from LinkedIn leading the roleplay didn’t seem fully engaged, which made it a bit difficult to create a realistic or motivating scenario.
Additionally, he mentioned that I should proceed with the second meeting without him, saying that another manager would update him anyway. Even when I offered to reschedule to ensure everyone could attend, his response was simply to go ahead without him.
Later, during the feedback, I was told that I should have pushed the customer to either attend or reschedule the meeting so that all key stakeholders could be present, which felt a bit contradictory given the guidance during the session itself.not interested.
