When the AE position opened and i first read about the service that Lengow was providing I was really excited to apply and to quickly receive a positive reply for a first interview with HR. The interview went really smooth with classic questions concerning the fit for the role and company. The HR really made a good impression on me. After a positive first interview I was invited for the second one with a specific HoS. However, there were constant postponing and switch of the person that should have been in charge of the interview. When we finally confirmed the date/time/person, nobody showed up for the meeting. I waited further 15 minutes without receiving any delay message in advance. After contacting the HR and confirming that nobody joined the meeting, I received a sorry email from the person in charge of the second interview, which simply forgot about it. I really hope for the company that it was a one time episode and that i was “unlucky”, definitely not a positive sign in terms of future management expectations. Final decision was to not proceed further with the hiring process.
