Laing O'Rourke interview questions

Headhunted on Linkedin, interviewed on Teams with internal recruiter, then had a 2-hour interview with existing Head and at least 4 more interviews with various other Senior Executives on Teams across different countries (2 people at a time). The interview process took several months (4-6) and was told a verbal yes, had reference checks completed, but ended up being a no as CEO returned from holidays and changed direction. Disappointing outcome but I got lots of experience interviewing with so many different people, different questions and such extremely fast-paced conversations. They're still an appealing company to work for.

Did an online interview, got given a couple of mins to prepare an answer in two mins. 3 questions overall. didn't like talking to myself, could've spared 15-30 mins with an actual person
