The interview process begins by submitting your CV for review. If shortlisted, you attend an initial HR interview focusing on personality, communication, and cultural fit. Successful candidates proceed to an interview with the desired department manager, who evaluates technical knowledge, job-specific skills, and relevant experience. The final selection considers both interviews to determine the best overall fit for the role and company.
The interview was quite casual and conversational. We discussed the role that I was applying for and they shared details about the specific team and project I'd be working on. They asked questions about my career goals and motivation, as well as my experience and skills.
