1. 2 min intro video (Why interest in this company/position? The most adventurous thing you have done) 2. Group interview (group of 4-5 via teams meet) 3. Department Director interview

First round was a group interview, casual flow asking about past experiences and few behavioral questions. If a candidate goes through this, there is a final round of interview with the manager who will also most likely be assigned as your mentor after joining in.
