Straight forward - was invited for an in person interview with two members of staff. Manager and regional manager. They were really friendly and the environment wasn't uncomfortable, it felt like a conversation about my applicability as opposed to them grilling me.

When have you dealt with a difficult customer, how to you manage competing priorities
HR went Mia after reaching out for an interview. Did not hear back after that at all after following up, disappointing and unprofessional. Role was also quite ambiguous and unclear overall, which was below expectation
Very good very nice the person read my CV very studiously and knew a lot about my background i felt very listened to why does this have to be 30 words long
