Interview
I attended a KPMG panel interview with two full-time staff members from the team, not HR. They asked me a mix of behavioral and technical questions, focusing on my past experiences, problem-solving skills, and knowledge relevant to the role. I answered their questions directly, showing my communication, teamwork, and practical skills. After the interview, the staff will provide feedback to HR or the hiring manager, and I will be informed of the outcome or any next steps, such as a second round or an offer.

Why do you want to be an audit associate?
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
