Interview
Is basically getting to know your personality to make sure you are responsible and come from a sensible background. We go on to get to no each other and asks about plans in my like often he or they will be mostly listening to understand how well a speaker you are and to find out what kind of life you might live in the future. In order to get a feel for how you react in situations given to you.
It’s was a great experience and they were very nice and allowed me to answer their questions fully. I was very impressed with the upkeep of the store. Everyone was polite and the drive thru experience was pleasant after the interview.
Simple, did one interview and was offered role. Staff were friendly and asked competency questions (what would you do if customer did x etc).
Took about a week to hear back.
good. what a lovely interview process from start to finish. I did not attend in person. over the phone was the interview process from start to finish. I'm just trying to meet the word minimum
