I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls
Interview
Submitted resume on Career site and got a phone screen set up for the same week. Asked me to tell me about myself and then explained what I would be doing at the internship. Was expecting to progress to an in person interview with the Hiring manager but instead was hired in about a week after the phone screen. Pleasant experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Littleton, CO) in Aug 2024
Interview
I had a fairly straightforward interview process. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a more in-depth interview with the hiring leader. After that, I had three additional virtual interviews with other key stakeholders, all completed in one afternoon. The interviews were primarily behavioral-based, focusing on my past experiences, but they also felt conversational, allowing us to get to know each other better. Overall, the process was well-organized and gave me a good sense of the team and the company.
