Infosys Trainee Systems Engineer interview questions

The interview was easy. The HR asked me few questions on software engineering and remaining questions on projects. Overall the interview lasts for 10-15 minutes only. They just check our communication and confidence.

The interview process for the Systems Engineer (Trainee) role at Infosys was simple and smooth in my case. I directly had a single HR interview round without any technical or aptitude test. The interviewer mainly asked questions based on my resume, including my education, projects, and skills that I had mentioned. Most of the discussion focused on understanding my background, communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in joining Infosys. I was also asked general HR questions like self-introduction, strengths and weaknesses, and career goals. The interview was conversational, lasted around 20–25 minutes, and overall it was a positive and comfortable experience as a student/fresher.
