Infosys Technical Lead interview questions

I had total 3 rounds of technical interview & last HR round, in all 3 rounds, panel asked scenario based questions. HR round also done, they told offer letter will be shared in 2 weeks, after HR round , they will ghost you. after 3 week - I see status on portal : 'Rejected after Interview'.
