Infosys Systems Engineer Traine interview questions

First you will be asked to take an aptitude test and this is the stage where most of the filtration takes place. Only around 25- 30 % of the people make it to the second round, which is a 1:1 interview. You will be tested on IQ, extempore, technical skills, profile related questions, current affairs, general knowledge, personality traits and attitude. This can last for anywhere between 10 mins to an hour (i had a 1 hour interview) The people conducting the interview are very professional and good at what they do, so it pays to be open and honest, accept what flaws you have but also outline the efforts you are making to overcome them.
