The interview consists of basic question set which is aimed at evaluating ones communications skills and also basic decision making and skill to gel with others .It is a company with a very strong value base.
The salary is not very attractive and also the salary increment offered is not promising besides the job location is south india prone too.

Interview
I got placed in Infosys through the Campus selection program conducted at my college. There were a total of 2 rounds in the selection process. The first round was a pencil and paper round which contained questions to test your IQ, analytical and Data Interpretation skills and a little bit of grammar and Vocab. Those who cleared the first round progressed to the last round which was a 1 on 1 interview session primarily focussed on testing your soft skills, personality, mannerisms etc.

Interview
First of all, a written examination is conducted to filter the applicants.
It consists of Quantitative Aptitude and General English.
The applicants clearing this phase, become eligible for interview.
It basically contains a HR interview, based on your resume, NO technical question is being asked.
For example, they might focus on any of your extra curricular activity or hobby and get into details of that.
So be prepared whatever you write in your resume.
95% of the candidates getting selected after written examination, also clear HR interview..!!
