First we are having an online assessment focused on verbal, quant, etc and then we are called to the interviews there are many panels and i was called to the interview it is some what technical and for some managerical. the interview lasted for 15 minutes

It was really basic and they mainly focused on the HR type questions. Thorough knowledge of the projects mentioned in the resume was also an important factor and as well as the entire resume to be honest.
