Intermediate not so much hard like mid level questions and basic questions about the work you have done previously and what you can handle and what is your previous work what you are doing initially.
It's very smooth and elegant process and I learned new things , how to handle difficult situations, team maintenance and time efficient , by different round of interviews, technical check, management skill and so on
