During the campus recruitement process for Infosys there were two phases. First was the written phase wherin no technical questions were asked. It had various sections like grammar, vocab, anlytical etc. The other Phase was HR interview wherin mostly puzzles were asked.

I was given a scenario and asked to manage it. Scenario was that if I was asked to manage/organize a business or an office trip, what all basic things i need to consider and how would I manage that.

they like the profile but was not able to sponsor visa. Hence they said they will get in touch with me when the time is right.

focus on core computer science fundamentals, live coding, project deep dives, and behavioral fit. standard technical and HR questions remain highly consistent across the company's recruitment drives

pretty easy and depends as per domain like for me they asked easy problem solving quetion and few quastions related to my tech stack for which theyare hiring and later some devops and testing or a developer related questions based on the domain
