We had an aptitude test which contains questions on Math, Reasoning, Verbal The selected candidates in the aptitude test are interviewed by a Panel (which contains senior members) for around 30 minutes They ask you about your Education, Skill sets, Technology, Interests, Future goals and Flexibility The results are usually given in a day or two.

One written and one behavioural round, was interviewed in college recruitment in chennai, Took 2 days for 2 rounds, Not sure if the process has changed after 10 years. Wasnt a tough process to crack. Shakunthala devi and Geroge summers puzzles were the ones that I had used to prepare back then
