Interview
This was a part of campus placements. 1st round was technical and 2nd round was HR. Interviewers were professional and asked nice questions.
I cleared all rounds and my biometric information was taken. I was informed verbally that I was selected. One week later, my name was not in the final list. This was an extremely disheartening moment for me and a very poor show by the company's HR. I am disappointed by the unprofessionalism showed by IBM. We are college students. To tell us we're selected, bring our hopes up and then not select us was extremely unprofessional and just straight up cruel. My advice to you, please don't get excited until you have the offer in hand. HRs can be pretty unprofessional.
