Interview
Our IT department from a company based in SF was outsourced to IBM. We had access to all IBM their job openings, we had a limited time to find a job within IBM. Back in 2007, I found a few PM openings in their job board. I would IM the Hiring Managers of the position and ask about postion. I was referred to 3 different Hiring Manager before I landed the position.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Jun 2011
Interview
had a very good round of initial interview and I was expecting to be shortlisted for the 2nd round - but unfortunately I heard that my interview response was negative.
I'm really unsure of what could have happened to mark it as "negative" - I'm confused!!
I was asked about generic PM practices, they heard about my projects, they explained about their position being interviewed for and also asked me about my notice period... by the time you think you will hear back positively from them… astonishingly it was negative!
