IBM Product Manager interview questions

questions focused on assessing my last role & responsibilities in the first phase. second phase is more concentrated on my target role and my expectations. Interviewer is very kind in letting me adjust and answer in my pace

Straightforward and relatively smooth process. After submitting my application it took about 2 weeks to hear back. Had an initial screener with recruiter, then 2 additional 45-minute interviews with the hiring manager and another team member. They asked good questions that were relevant to the job, and also wanted to understand my thought process and how I approach problem-solving. Overall it was a positive experience!
