Interview
For a company of this size I expected much more...First off I was sent a online coding test which was roughly 3hrs. I finished it and a few weeks later I was sent an email saying I had pass the test and I would be given another set of interviews. A week later, I am now getting an email that all positions are filled. How can you be in the process of speaking to a candidate and then proceed to tell them such? All applicants should be given an equal opportunity. IBM I very disappointed in your hiring process and I will never apply at your company again!

Interview
Stage 1: Online assessment consisting of some written questions about programming principles, as well as 3 coding questions.
Stage 2: Technical Interview(s) + HR interviews. These are different person to person. Some people's HR interview are typical HR questions you would find, others (like mine) were just to chat about the environment at IBM. Technical interviews range from 1-2. It seems that for all interviews IBM pairs randomly with people that are free anywhere in IBM to conduct the interview. From there they create their own questions to decide whether they are generally fit for IBM.
Stage 3: 'Finish Line Event', if you made it here you are 90-95% guaranteed to get an offer . Hackathon style event with lots of speakers, presentations, and opportunities to network with managers and find out more about IBM. At this point, they are trying to convince YOU to join them.

First an OA. Then guru and guide. In guru, the interviewer could not understand my project. Since I work on C++ and he just knows java. Then he gives a negative evaluation to HR.
