2. A management case study including a presentation slot for each member
of the group. Prior preparation is not needed for this exercise (be careful of those wanna-be 'leaders' in discussion and find you way smartly)
3.Technical interview with sr consultant from your applied service line
4.HR Partner interview (prepare for some detail question re: project, your weakness, why IBM)

I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
