Interview
Worst management by the company
This was the off campus drive. there were only 4 people on the 1 day and students were around 700-1000
There were 3 rounds
1 programming test
2 series , aptitude
3 business communication
If we clear one round we move to another round
My experience
On the first day they said that I have cleared all 3 round and I can come on nxt day for technical and hr at 8.30 am
Again the management was worst they made only 10 panelist for 200 to 300 ppl
Personal experience: they made to sit whole day from 8.30am I asked to cross verify my name whether its in the list or not but they said they ll call us be seated again when I asked they took the reference number and said they schedule my interview .but they did not and to schedule my interview my name was there in the shortlist .so I went again and requested at 4 pm to schedule my interview they scheduled an interview and panel was allotted to me
But after a hour they called me and said I have cleared 3 round I dono how ,I requested to cross verify the results Infront of me but they did not
Worst kind of experience
So people please be sure that you take a screenshot of results

The hiring process of IBM includes 3 rounds viz Mathematics,English Test and Interview. System of examination is fare. They usually conclude it in 1-2 days depending on the number of students. Mathematics test is comparatively tough. Most of the questions asked are from Sequences and series. It demands the proper time management.English test is very easy. There is no need to prepare for it. Interview questions include your project and introduction about yourself. All the technical questions asked were from the project undertaken. Overall experience was good.
