It all started ok, with a relatively standard HR pre-screening and then a hiring manager interview scheduled shortly after it. After that, I was ghosted for months after second interview was done. Got positive feedback at the end of the interview, then just a standardized 'thank you for your application' several weeks and chasers after that. I wonder if I would have ever got a reply if I hadn't chased.
