The first interview was with one person from HR, just a 30-minute call, but with already a lot of specific questions about career goals and personal motivations. Before the interview, it was sent a pdf explaining a bit more of the role.

Besides the normal past experience questions, many specific questions on motivation, what gets you up in the morning, what are your big goals in life, why Hilti would fit me, and salary expectations in the first interview.
