Colloquio auto registrato da sito e senza possibilità di interazione. Si componeva di 10 domande e non avevi l possibilità di strutturare un discorso. Poco empatico, molto industrializzato. Per quando credo sia importante un colloquio, è necessario avere un confronto de visu che permette anche al candidato di fare diverse domande

Was contacted directly by the HR to apply for this position. This was the 2nd position that I was interviewed for by Hilti, the first one was a more entry-level position. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. They are very clear on what they can and cannot offer, no sugarcoating.

Sales, experience dealing with difficult customers, experience losing/winning a contract, sales and negotiation role play, integrity (in regards to anti-bribery and corruption), role play on convincing client to buy Hilti product against Chinese brands and a lot more.
