The interview process takes 4 months and is very demanding and challenging. There are 7 stages
1. Online application, no cover letter needed.
2. You are required to record a video by answering their preset questions.
3. Online test, SHL format, consisted of verbal, numerical, and logical.
4. Individual Skype interview with HR director, mainly about your CV. But be careful the HR is very professional and asking a lot of detailed challenging behaviour questions. Make sure you prepare some nice stories to tell about your professional or extra-curricular experiences.
5. Online case study. They Skype call you to give you a document . Then they hang up the call and you have only one hour to read the document and answer two questions. This is by far the most challenging part because the questions are not common and time is really limited.
6. Skype interview with their senior team leader.
7. If you survive all the steps above, you will be invited to the regional assessment center in Singapore at the end of July.
