Video Interview --> HR Call after 2 months provided position --> Manager interview --> offer call within a day. Manger interview only very easy behavioural questions such as why HSBC, advantage and disadvantage,

Why HSBC? Advantage and disadvantage. One persuasive experience.
Applied online, then online assessment. After two months or so, contacted by HR via phone about whether to proceed with a certain role, accepted on the call and scheduled a Zoom interview with two managers.
First is personality test then video interview, about half hour, after about 2 weeks, they will ask u about the preferences on departments, then receive hr call 1 month later.
