When faced with a situation where my manager has a different opinion on a matter and I believe I could propose a better solution. what would you do
Applied online, then online assessment. After two months or so, contacted by HR via phone about whether to proceed with a certain role, accepted on the call and scheduled a Zoom interview with two managers.
First is personality test then video interview, about half hour, after about 2 weeks, they will ask u about the preferences on departments, then receive hr call 1 month later.
