      Collateral Analyst Interview

      Dec 3, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HSBC (New York, NY) in Nov 2008

      Interview

You meet with the line manager, the reporting manager, and the managing director. The line manager and the reporting manager generally ask you the same types of questions regarding skills and what you have to offer. The second round of interviews is with the managing director who tells you about the corporate culture and asks you why you want to join the company. The interviewing process is very easy and straight forward. As long as you sound impressive and persuasive, then you've aced the interview
