Frankly, you don't need any preparation for this. Just be yourself - they use GALLUP to figure out your personality and what drives you. At the final round interview at the assessment centre, they pretty much knew who the person I was and tailored the interview accordingly This one you could probably get away with one example, if they ask for an individual instead of group probably best just to 'modify' your answer (it's not lying your just not mentioning the others in the room!!! unless you're already lying ;) )
