HSBC Business Analyst interview questions

I was interviewed for business analyst role.Shocking thing was the interviewer said he didn't go through my resume till he faced me. Instead of checking on my areas of expertise, he was more focussed on his requirement and rejected me . Please go through the CV and call the candidate for interview only if you feel them to be a fit for the role.
