I applied online. I interviewed at HSBC (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
Very bad candidate experience. It’s not just the branding of the company but I guess you could do much better with the candidate experience. I have received an invite to complete the online assessment, after 2 days I got an email requesting for availability for the initial call with the recruiter. I have sent them the availability and for 2 days there was no response, I followed up, the recruiter got back to me mentioning she could do a time outside of my availability. I have accommodated that. After the interview was scheduled, I received a auto rejection email. I got in touch with the recruiter and HSBC recruitment team to understand the situation. No reply from them yet, it’s been 5 days now.
First step is a series of online tests which are a bit tedious and then you go through pre recorded interview questions where you have 30 seconds to prepare your answers
App test followed by 1st in then 2nd in Easy app test, nothing to prepare, just logical and ethical case study questions good luck and take it easy, no time limit
