HSBC Account Manager interview questions

Roleplay was as expected and overall the interview was pleasant. I was made an offer and informed that I would receive my contract shortly within the next week. Unfortunately, I heard nothing and then two weeks later received both a call and email to say that HR mucked up. The job had been over-offered and therefore my offer was withdrawn. Very disappointing experience that HSBC could not get this right earlier on.
