There are 3 rounds. 1 st introduction and written test.
2nd is voice and accent..
3 rs is manager and followed by HR round
All rounds are not so difficult. They will ask the basic things in our resume and give a situation and tell use to analyse it. It's pretty easy.

Interview
I have applied online. Then shortly was contacted by phone for a quick phone interview (customer service type questions) , at the end of which I was told that I passed phone current interview. Then I have received an email to approve my further check.
