HSBC Account Manager interview questions

Interview process contain three part, attitude test, online interview and vitual interview. Questions are mainly customer service experience and the way you act under difference situation. The whole interview process take almost one month.

I submitted the cv online (without the cover letter, not that I would recommend that). First I passed the assessment.
